Welcome to Level100Media. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site or starting a project with us.

1. About Level100Media

Level100Media is a digital agency offering Web Design & Development, Branding & Creative Design, SEO & Digital Marketing, and Social Media Management services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please discontinue using our website or services.

3. Services

All services are provided based on the proposal or quotation shared with the client.
Any additional features, revisions, or changes beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.

4. Payments

50% advance is required to begin any project.

The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final delivery or launch.

Payments are non-refundable once work has started.

Invoices must be cleared within 7 days of issue.

5. Timelines

Project timelines are shared during the proposal stage.
Delays in client communication, approvals, or content delivery may extend the timeline.

6. Revisions & Changes

Revisions are included as per the scope discussed.
Major design or functional changes requested after approval will be treated as new work and charged accordingly.

7. Ownership & Rights

Level100Media retains ownership of all project files until full payment is received.

After full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client.

We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate and timely information, content, and feedback.

Ensure that all materials (images, videos, logos, text, etc.) shared with us are legally owned or licensed.

9. Hosting & Domain

Unless otherwise agreed, clients are responsible for their hosting and domain setup.
If hosting is provided by Level100Media, it will be under a separate plan and billed annually.

10. SEO & Performance

We deliver SEO-friendly and performance-optimized websites.
However, ongoing SEO rankings depend on consistent optimization and marketing efforts, which are part of our separate Digital Marketing services.

11. Confidentiality

All information shared between Level100Media and the client will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third party without consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

Level100Media is not liable for:

Third-party service interruptions (hosting, domain, etc.)

Data loss, downtime, or security breaches after handover

Unauthorized edits made by the client or other parties

13. Termination

Either party may terminate a project if obligations are not met.
If the client cancels mid-project, any amount paid up to that point is non-refundable, and work completed remains the property of Level100Media.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
