Refund Policy

At Level100Media, we aim to deliver high-quality digital services including Web Design & Development, Branding & Creative Design, SEO & Digital Marketing, and Social Media Management.
Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any payment.
1. General Policy
All payments made to Level100Media are non-refundable, as we dedicate time, effort, and resources from the moment a project begins.
However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund request is necessary. In such cases, we handle each request fairly and reasonably.
2. Project Deposits & Advance Payments
A 50% advance payment is required to start any project.
This advance is non-refundable once project work has begun (including planning, design drafts, or any deliverables).
If the project is canceled by the client before work starts, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative or consultation charges.
3. Full Payments & Milestones
Once the final payment is made and the project is delivered, no refunds will be provided.
For milestone-based payments, refunds are not applicable for completed and approved stages.
4. Delays or Non-Delivery
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, Level100Media fails to deliver the agreed work (without client-related delays or content issues), a partial refund may be considered after reviewing the situation.
5. Monthly Services (Marketing, SEO, Social Media)
For ongoing services such as Digital Marketing, SEO, or Social Media Management:
Payments for current or past months are non-refundable.
You may choose to cancel future renewals by giving 7 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.
6. Third-Party Costs
Payments made for third-party services (such as hosting, domains, plugins, or ad budgets) are non-refundable, as these are purchased on your behalf from external providers.
